I waited about 10 minutes in line to fill out the waiver, did that (which was confusing, it asks each group to create an account in order to get to the waiver), got back in line to buy tickets, and then waited another 30 minutes even though there were only 6 people ahead of me. When I got there, I stood in line for about 3 minutes before a gentleman asked me to fill out an electronic waiver, which was a separate line. Uber/Lyft ride is $10-$15 from Kimball Junction.

I was very impressed with the facilities overall! The 7 Pink bus picks up/drops off right out front so you can take public transportation if you'd like. There are plenty of kid-friendly activities both indoor and outdoor to spend half a day here. Portion sizes are very large and the prices are very reasonable. There is a cafeteria inside with quite a few selections. Only thing I wished I would've brought was a pair of goggles to help keep the snow out of my face. There were a lot of people tubing but the belts that take you to the top run quickly and there are several lanes to go down so there was no waiting time. Lockers are available downstairs free of charge (you can bring your own combination lock).

Everything is clean and in excellent condition. It was a little pricey ($60/adult and $30/child age 3-6), so w/tax it was $165 for 3 of us to go tubing for two hours.
